Alison Law recently secured a suspended sentence following a complex criminal trial in the Crown Court for a client for serious assault matters. This was achieved through the strength and tenacity of our professional working partnership with our experienced team of defence Barristers. In winning this case for our client, our team went far beyond conventional legal work and thought outside of the box to obtain evidence in support of our client’s case. Due to this hard work, we was able to show that the CPS did not have a stronger case.
