he Government has on 10 March 2021 announced that the stay on evictions, save for those not exempt from the Regulations, will be extended until 31 May 2021. They have also announced that the extended 6 month notice period save for those exempt will remain in force for the same period.
We are awaiting the modified Regulations but in the meantime, the details outlined by the Government today can be seen in full on the link below:-

Although this is much welcome news for tenant who are facing difficulties as a result of the pandemic, this is certainly not news that many landlord wants to hear.
