  1. We only have one client bank account so if you receive a request from us by email, fax or otherwise, requesting monies to be sent to our bank or indicating a change of Bank please contact us by telephone immediately and at once to verify the firm’s bank details before sending any monies.

  1. You must contact us and speak with your file handler to verify our bank details.

  1. Please also carefully check any email address from us to ensure it is correct before you reply – particularly if there is a different reply address to our usual one or there are spelling errors.

  1. If there is any doubt telephone us. We will NOT accept responsibility if you transfer money into an incorrect Bank account.
