As of 1 April 2023, the Legal Ombudsman are making significant changes to when a client can now bring a complaint against a law firm.

The significant changes are:

  • one year from the date of the act or omission being complained about; or
  • one year from the date when the complainant should have realised that there was cause for complaint.

We will be updating our complaint policy in line with these changes and be updating our policy from 1 April 2023.
