As you will most likely be aware on Saturday the 31st October 2020, the government announced that from Thursday the 5th November until Tuesday the 3rd December we will be having a national lockdown. We therefore want to assure you that Alison Law Solicitors will not be closing and all staff will be working. However there will be some slight alterations in terms of the contact we have with our clients, we will not be accepting any face to face appointments and all communication will be done either by telephone or by Microsoft Teams. Some of our staff will also be working remotely and as such unfortunately this will mean that there is a delay in clients getting call backs. We therefore request that you allow up to 48 hours for someone to get back to you.
We understand that due to the current situation the country is facing in relation to the coronavirus, this will be causing stress and this will only be increased if you are also facing legal troubles. However we assure you that all our staff is dedicated to supporting you and solving your legal problems.
