We will provide our clients with a quote of our fees during your initial meeting with us. Sometimes, this may not be possible but we will provide a fee quote as soon as possible.
We offer a 48 hours call back service and response to online or email queries within 48 hours. During busy or holiday period, that maybe extended. If you prefer to write to us, we will respond within 14 working days of receiving your letter.
Any letters we receive, we intend to acknowledge or respond back within 14 days.
Any documents that are sent to us will be reviewed within 7 days
Our timeframe does not include weekends and only refers to working days
