Service Standards

Our commitment for customer service

We will do our very best to ensure that we maintain a level of customer service and standards expected by our clients and other parties. We acknowledge that this is not prefect and cannot always get it right but to strive to do so.

In doing so, we will aim to work towards;

  • We will provide our clients with a quote of our fees during your initial meeting with us. Sometimes, this may not be possible but we will provide a fee quote as soon as possible.
  • We offer a 48 hours call back service and response to online or email queries within 48 hours. During busy or holiday period, that maybe extended. If you prefer to write to us, we will respond within 14 working days of receiving your letter.
  • Any letters we receive, we intend to acknowledge or respond back within 14 days.
  • Any documents that are sent to us will be reviewed within 7 days
  • Our timeframe does not include weekends and only refers to working days
  • We will always strive to deliver exceptional service.
